Who I Help
Understanding what feels difficult is a place to begin.
Therapy can offer room to pause, reflect, and look at what has been hard to carry alone. You don’t need a diagnosis or a perfectly formed goal. We can start with your experience, just as it is.

There is no one right reason to come to therapy.
People come to therapy at different moments: during a difficult season, after a significant change, or when familiar ways of coping no longer seem to work. The areas below are some of the things we can explore together. They are starting points, not boxes you need to fit into.

Anxiety & Overthinking
When your mind rarely gets a moment’s rest.
Anxiety can show up as constant planning, racing thoughts, tension, trouble sleeping, or a feeling that something might go wrong. You may find yourself replaying conversations, avoiding situations, or feeling responsible for keeping everything under control.
In therapy, we’ll look at what your anxiety may be trying to protect you from, how it affects your everyday life, and what helps you feel more grounded. We’ll work toward practical tools while making space for the experiences underneath the worry.
You may recognise
Persistent worry · Panic or overwhelm · Perfectionism · Difficulty switching off · Fear of making mistakes

Our work may include boundaries, trust, conflict, emotional connection, life changes, or deciding what you want from a relationship.

Grief, Loss & Life Transitions
Making room for change, one day at a time.
Loss is not always connected to death. It can follow the end of a relationship, a change in health, a move, a shift in identity, or the future you thought you would have. Grief can be unpredictable, and there is no timetable for feeling better.
Therapy offers a place to speak honestly about what has changed, remember what matters, and find ways to live alongside difficult feelings without rushing them.
You may recognise
Bereavement · Separation · Career or family transitions · Loneliness · Uncertainty about what comes next
